A standard student room in a 6 or 7 bed apartment offers a comfortable and practical living space, ideal for student life. Each room includes a small double bed, a private en suite, and a desk for studying, along with essential furniture for storage.

The room is designed to be bright, simple, and functional, giving students their own private space to relax, sleep, study, and get ready.

Residents also have access to shared apartment facilities, including a kitchen and living area, creating a sociable but comfortable student living environment.

Standard Enhanced Room

£155 Per Week

An enhanced student room offers a more spacious and comfortable living environment, ideal for students who want extra room while still enjoying apartment-style living. Each room includes a small double bed, private en suite, and a desk for studying, along with practical storage and modern furnishings.

With more space than a standard room, the enhanced room provides added comfort for relaxing, studying, and getting ready.

Residents also have access to shared apartment facilities, including a kitchen and living area, creating a sociable and convenient student accommodation experience.

Premium Enhanced Room

£170 Per Week

An enhanced premium room offers the very best in student living, with a far more elevated feel than a standard room. Generously sized and thoughtfully designed, it provides a superior level of comfort, privacy, and style, making it an ideal choice for students looking for something truly exceptional.

Each room includes a private en suite and a dedicated desk area, creating a space that is perfectly suited to both focused study and everyday relaxation. What truly sets this room apart is its outstanding sense of space and its million-pound view over Portstewart, giving it a bright, open, and premium atmosphere. For students wanting a more refined and impressive living experience, the enhanced premium room offers a clear step above the rest.

Safety & Security

A Place You Can Feel Safe

Your security is our priority. All entrances are controlled by a market-leading access control system, allowing management to monitor who enters and exits at all times. Full-colour web-based CCTV covers all corridors, common areas, entrances, lifts and external spaces, with remote monitoring capability and a minimum two-week storage period.

Visitors must be signed in by residents, and all visitors are required to leave the building by 10pm.

Montagu Living works closely with Ulster University, the local PSNI and the Northern Ireland Fire Service to ensure the welfare of every resident.

More Than Just a Room

Moving to university is a big step, and we work hard to make it a smooth one. Before you arrive, you'll receive a detailed welcome pack with everything you need to know about your room, the building, the local area and the university. On arrival, we hold Meet & Greet induction events for new residents, a chance to meet your neighbours, get orientated and settle in quickly.

A clear and fair Code of Conduct is part of your tenancy agreement, ensuring Montagu Living remains a quiet, respectful and comfortable home throughout the year.
